HubSpot AI readiness review

Is your CRM ready for AI agents?

An agent can only answer from what HubSpot knows. We check your data, your content and your processes, then show you where an agent would help first and what to fix before it goes live.

  • Your HubSpot data model checked for the gaps an agent would trip over
  • Your Context Home explained: what HubSpot's AI knows about your business, and what it is missing
  • The first conversations to hand to an agent, and when it should pass to your team
  • A short written plan, and a call to walk you through it

Why the record comes first

An agent is only as good as what it can read.

Trained on your website alone, an agent gives general answers. Grounded on your CRM, it can answer from the person's own record: when is my interview, has my payment arrived, what happens next. That only works if the record is complete and up to date.

So we start with the data, not the agent.

  • HubSpot's data model health check, read with you
  • Duplicates, empty properties and stale lifecycle stages found
  • Your Context Home sections filled in by the people who know the answers
  • Replies drafted by AI and checked by a person before they go

The review

How the review works.

Four steps, mostly in your portal, with you on a call at the start and the end.

  1. Your portal

We look at properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages and duplicates, starting from HubSpot's data model health check.

  2. What AI would learn from

Your website, help content, documents and Context Home: the business context HubSpot's agents draw on.

  3. The first job

We pick the questions an agent can answer well from your content and data, and agree when it hands over to a person.

  4. Your plan

A short written plan with the gaps to close, in order, and a call to go through it.

In practice

From a careers quiz to a customer agent.

At Oaklands College, applicants already use Future You, a careers quiz we built inside WhatsApp that won Gold for Innovation and Creativity at the College Marketing Network Awards 2026. A Breeze Customer Agent trained on the college website has been in testing since May 2026. Grounding it on the applicant record comes next.

Questions before you start.

Will an AI agent give our customers wrong answers?

We reduce the risk in three ways: the agent answers from your own content and CRM data, we test it with your team before launch, and it hands the conversation to a person whenever it is unsure.

Do we need to tidy our CRM first?

Usually, yes. An agent is only as good as what it can read. The review shows which gaps matter for the job you want the agent to do, so you fix those first rather than everything at once.

What is Context Home?

HubSpot launched it on 16 September 2026: one place to manage what its AI knows about your business, with a score that shows where the gaps are. The score is a useful to-do list, but it does not tell you whether your contact records are right, so we look at both.

Can our team use Claude or ChatGPT with HubSpot too?

Yes. HubSpot's connectors bring your CRM into the AI tools your team already uses. We can help you set them up and decide what each tool should see.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the size of your portal and how much content an agent would draw on. The first call is free. Project work is £992 a day, plus VAT, and we agree a fixed price before we start. See our pricing.
